ENZYMATIC BIOSENSORBIOHEALTH: Custom Technological application

Description

BIOLAN HEALTH develops customised solutions according to the needs of the healthcare industry, using miniaturised devices based on electrochemical detection, screen-printing and lateral flow technology that allow large-scale, low-cost production of the developed sensors. These devices are composed of two elements:

  • BIOSENSOR, a portable electronic reader or analyser that applies potentials and is capable of translating the electrochemical signals obtained from the biological recognition process into an understandable value of the concentration of the analyte to be measured.
  • OSATEST, a disposable reagent strip based on a screen-printed electrode, on which the specific enzyme for the analyte to be determined is immobilised.
