BIOLAN HEALTH S.L. places its Ethics Channel at your disposal so that individuals related to its activities can confidentially report any action or omission that may constitute a legal infringement, especially of a criminal or administrative nature.

BIOLAN HEALTH S.L. maintains a policy of institutional ethics based on the principle of “zero tolerance” towards the commission of illegal acts, non-compliance with regulations or any type of corruption, abuse or discrimination.

The management of our Ethical Channel is carried out by an external company, with the aim of providing the communications received with the greatest possible confidentiality and objectivity.

The use of the Ethical Channel requires users to act in good faith. The information provided through the Ethical Channel must be truthful and exclusively related to an action or omission that may constitute a legal infringement. The use of the Ethics Channel for other purposes is excluded.

The regulations guarantee that there will be no reprisals against persons who make good use of the Ethics Channel, but they also establish sanctions for cases in which it is used in bad faith, for example to communicate false or incomplete information.

The operation of our Ethics Channel and Internal Reporting System will at all times comply with the provisions of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law, Law 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, as well as other regulations that complement, develop or replace them.
