Last February 6th, BIOLAN HEALTH received the visit of the students of Don Bosco High School in its brand new laboratory. The visit consisted of a short talk about the history and evolution of the BIOLAN group, followed by a tour of its new facilities. At the beginning of the year the BIOLAN group inaugurated its third building, a 2,600 m2 building that has tripled its space, creating new laboratories, incorporating new production equipment, increasing the capacity of its existing R&D, product development and production departments. It has also expanded new business lines.

The BIOLAN group, leader in the market of biosensorics applied to the food and health sectors, has always been a reference and is a reference for educational centers in the scientific-technological field. Since its creation, BIOLAN HEALTH is committed to an attitude of openness towards the educational world, since every year, groups of students from different centers such as the University of the Basque Country, Deusto, or even training centers abroad, visit BIOLAN’s facilities and learn first-hand about the activity of a leading biotechnology company, as well as its professional team. In addition to receiving visits from students, BIOLAN HEALTH welcomes interns to carry out their DUAL training with us, or to carry out their Master, Postgraduate or PhD projects.

All these activities have an impact on the SDGs that the BIOLAN group implements in its daily activity, as they are part of its business.
